Business model design

A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers and captures values. We create a platform - a shared language - to discuss the business logic throughout your organization.

We guide our clients through a workflow of several building blocks that show the logic of how a company creates value and in the end - money. We collect customer insights, analyze, and design. The result is a business model, a design, to be implemented in the field.

Strategic platform design

We have developed a concept that we call the "strategic platform". A strategic platform clearly expresses your current reality and wanted position, together with the strategic choices and guiding values that will help you make the transition.

The shaping of a winning strategy requires that we make a series of difficult choices. The point is to create an intense focus on the right things to support the wanted position (i.e. vision).

We guide our clients through a workflow starting with the questions: "Where do you want to be?" and "What's your current reality?" The discussion and conclusions creates a tension chart between the wanted position, describing the future state, and the current reality. This is followed by the work of making the strategic choices, creating the intense focus in mobilizing the company's resources on the right things. Finally we define key metrics and key performance indicators, to measure the organizational development and results. The result is a strategic platform - a comprehensive game plan.






Strategy implementation and Results Management

We, and our clients, know that there is a great potential and competitive advantage in developing our ability to fully implement our strategic
plan - the strategic platform.

We also know that strategic implementation has its challenges. In many companies the "realized strategy" is 10 - 15 % compared to the original plan.

We guide our clients through several steps to assure better implementation. The start is to understand and discuss the quality of the strategic platform. This is followed by the governance structure; how our clients intend to organize the work. Here lies the work of creating clear assignments and accountability. As well as making sure that every part - throughout the organization - contributes to the overall plan.

We design a communication plan to be able to discuss the strategic platform, align resources and create engagement, throughout the organization. In parallel we support the governance structure with a management system - results management - to measure organizational development and results. Results management connects the dots from overall targets to prioritized improvements and actions. We also define how to handle deviations, analyze organizational performance, and react timely with corrective actions - to keep us on-track in our effort to achieve the wanted position.

Change and Transition Management

We believe that management and change are synonymous; it's impossible to undertake a journey without first addressing the purpose of the trip, the route you wish to travel and with whom. Managing change is about handling the complexities of travel. It is about evaluating, planning, implementing, and managing journeys.


Creating sense of urgency, a burning platform, is key. "People will accept change when they know it is necessary and accept the explanation for the need to change."


We guide our client through an interventions strategy which consists of following phases: design, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvements. Together with our clients we design the governance structure; sponsor, change leader, team, and change agents. The purpose and change targets are set, design of communication plan is established, and an execution plan is developed with quick wins to gain early momentum and psychological energy. The execution is then managed and closely monitored by the change team and sponsor to keep the schedule on-track. A long the process evaluation and adjustments to the surrounding are made. In parallel, the long-term wanted position is set, aligned with the overall strategy. Results management is implemented to continuously develop the organization, results, and lasting change.
